Cardozo House

Cardozo House welcomes you with impressive pyramidal tile roof, colourful facade flanked with beautiful pilasters, large ornamental windows making a statement, large balcoas with built-in seats at both end giving required warmth and tranquillity. The house has four spacious bed rooms ranging from 32-38 sqm with attached bathrooms, a living room of 38 sqm and large dining room of 50 sqm and spacious kitchen room.

The interior of the house has an attractive rustic colour patterned floor tiles, rose wood indo-Portuguese furniture, hinged doors with traditional latch, decorative pelmets, wooden rafter ceilings, impressive chandeliers and artefacts that exhibits the culture and indo-Portuguese influence. The living room narrates a story of the seafaring adventures of Portuguese through it decor and paintings.

Calm bed room space has been created for rest and contemplation through use of light colour, natural wood furniture, bed drapery and floral accents in fabrics revealing the old world Indo Portuguese charm.

Braganza House

Braganza House welcomes you with impressive cobalt blue and white indo-portuguese style tile pattern, strategically used to give the sense of the place. It houses four bed rooms ranging from 20-26 sq m with attached bathrooms, a living room of 20 sq m, dining area with an open kitchen of 33 sq m which opens into a landscape space. There is also a cosy family room, with an interactive space to give the warmth of home where families can unite, interact and relax. Stylization carries nuances from Portuguese influence, the patterns inspired from “azulejos” which are used in floor tiles, the basket weave furniture blended in contemporary style, printed plate decoration on the wall, and the paintings depicting the surrounding nature. 

Braganza house provides a cosy and culminates reposeful space to relax, unwind and enjoy.
