Our bungalow chefs source the freshest produce from local markets to create delicacies ranging from Junglee Maas to Ker Sangri, using authentic recipes, preserved by the locals over generations. The influence of Mughal and Rajput cuisine manifests itself in the use of spices and style of preparation. Guests can also cook with our bungalow chefs to learn a thing or two about the region’s cuisine, or have a meal prepared to their taste and preference.
