Things to Know

Policies :

Check-in Time: Our check-in begins at 3:00 PM, allowing you to settle in and start enjoying your stay without delay. Early check-ins from 1:00 pm have no extra fee, but checking in between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm incurs an INR 10,000 fee. For check-ins earlier than 10:00 am, a full night's rate applies.

Early Check-in: Between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – Charged at 20% of the base rate. Before 12:00 PM – Charged at 100% of the base rate.

Check-out Procedure: We kindly request that you check out by 12:00 PM, ensuring a smooth transition for incoming guests while giving you ample morning time to prepare. Late check-outs up to 1:00 pm are free, but from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm there's an INR 10,000 charge. Checking out after 4:00 pm will require payment of a full night's rate.

Late Check-out: Between 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM – Charged at 50% of the base rate. After 3:00 PM – Charged as a new booking at the Best Available Rate.

Guests: Only registered guests of amã Stays & Trails are permitted to stay overnight. Non-registered visitors are not allowed to sleep in the villa.

Smoking Policy: Smoking within the villa is prohibited, and guests are advised to smoke outdoors and must ensure the use of ashtrays for fire safety precautions.

Noise Levels: To respect the neighbourhood's serenity, loud music and noise are not permitted post 10:00 pm in the garden or villa premises.

Safety & Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, as room cleaning is done in guests' absence for sanitisation purposes. Any damages incurred to the villa during the stay will be billed to the guest upon departure.

Payment Methods: For your convenience, we accept Master Card, Visa and Amex, facilitating easy transactions for all your needs.

Alcohol Policy: While we do not sell alcohol on the villa, guests are permitted to bring their own, allowing for a personalised experience.

Meal Preferences: To provide you with the best dining experience, we request that you inform us of your meal preferences on the day of your arrival.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome here! We allow pets to stay with their owners at the bungalow, ensuring no family member is left behind.

Meal Times:

Breakfast is served between 8:00 am - 10:30 am, offering a fresh start to your day.

Lunch can be enjoyed from 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm, perfect for a midday meal.

Dinner is available from 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm, concluding your day with a delightful meal.

Free cancellation 15 days before arrival.
Within 8-14 days of arrival - 1-night penalty.
Within 0-7 days of arrival - 100% penalty.

Please refer to your Booking Confirmation email for the final cancellation policy specific to your dates of travel and rate plan. In case of cancellation, applicable service and/or convenience charges will be levied.
